MAKING HOMES MORE EFFICIENT: WINDOWS
According to Project Drawdown, installing high-performance windows with a 2.75% to a 5% annual retrofit rate can reduce emissions by 8.82 gigatons to 11.34 gigatons of C02 equivalent.

This is a significant reduction and can help in slowing down climate change. However, buying energy-efficient windows may result in additional costs. Over time, they will save you money due to lowered utility bills and maintenance costs.

For those in the US, the Inflation Reduction Act has tax credits for both windows retrofits and replacement windows

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build out and own the system integration platform: interfaces between automation layer and software services, along with the SITL and HITL test systems to make them reliable. In this role, you'll get the chance to collaborate with the broader team of process scientists and automation engineers, enabling their innovation through a combination of reliable software and fast-paced design iteration.
