They are looking for early stage climate tech startups (ideally Seed - Series A) where they can come in as the first product hire and make a massive impact.
They have previous experience working at a FAANG company on several high profile product, in addition to their current experience in FinTech where they founded and built a new product from scratch where they created the strategy, pitched the idea, secured funding, recruited the team, developed product definition and GTM for 2 products that now have over 25 members and over 100K customers.
